I just don't understand

I just don't understand why bad things happen to good people! There is so much going on with alot of my dear friends right now and it is heartbreaking. I thought I had faith but maybe I don't have as much as I thought I did. I know there is a plan but why does it seem like all the " bad guys" get off and the "good guys" get hurt!!!! It is just so hard to swallow. I know alot of you have been on your knees right along with me, praying for these people and I know they are in Gods hands and whether we understand it or not, His will will be done. I still don't understand but maybe we aren't supposed to................
